Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to the website of Leon Williams Jr. Performance Academy (“the Academy”, “we”) and to registration for our programs and events. By using the site or submitting a sign-up or inquiry, you agree to them and to the Academy Policies, which are part of these terms.

Registration & eligibility

Registration for a minor must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who has authority to agree to these terms and the waiver on the minor's behalf. Adult athletes register for themselves. Submitting a form is a request to participate; placement in a program is confirmed by the Academy, and spaces in events are confirmed by registration (and, where applicable, payment). When an event is full, registrations are placed on a waitlist and you will be contacted if a space opens.

Accuracy of information

You agree that the information you provide — especially medical, emergency and pickup information — is accurate and that you will tell us promptly when it changes.

Fees, payment & refunds

Prices are shown on the website or confirmed by the Academy before enrollment. Payment may be collected in person, by the methods the Academy accepts, or online when online payment is available. Cancellation, make-up and refund terms are set out in the scheduling, cancellation & refunds policy.

Safety & conduct

Participation is subject to the assumption of risk & liability waiver and the conduct and supervision policies. The Academy may decline, pause or end participation where safety or the training environment requires it.

Website content

Text, images and video on this site belong to the Academy or are used with permission and may not be copied or republished without consent. The site is provided as-is; we aim for accuracy but schedules, prices and program details may change.

Communications

By providing contact details you agree to receive service communications as described in our SMS & email policy and Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued participation after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions: [email protected].
