Leon Williams Jr. Performance Academy (“the Academy”, “we”) respects the privacy of the families and athletes we work with. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and sign-up forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number and general location, for the parent/guardian or adult athlete.
• Athlete details — the athlete's name, date of birth, training background, goals and preferences, so we can place them appropriately.
• Safety information — emergency contact, authorized pickup names, and any medical, injury or allergy notes you choose to share so coaching can be safe.
• Participation records — programs and events registered for, attendance, packages, and payment status.
• Your choices — your acknowledgment of our policies and your communication and photo/video preferences.

We do not collect card numbers ourselves. If online payment is offered, it is processed by a payment provider (such as Stripe) on its own secure pages, and we receive only confirmation of payment.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, plan and schedule training, keep athletes safe, communicate about sessions and events, manage packages and payments, and — only if you opt in — send news and offers. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who can see it

Information is stored in the Academy's private management system, which is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure and accessible only to Coach Leon and the Academy's authorized administrator. Service providers that help us operate (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) handle data only as needed to provide their service. Medical and safety notes are used solely by coaching staff for safe participation.

Children's information

Most of our athletes are minors. Information about a child is provided by and on behalf of the parent or legal guardian, and we use it only for the purposes above. Parents and guardians may review, update or ask us to delete their child's information at any time.

Your choices

• Update your information or preferences by emailing [email protected].
• Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link, and of texts by replying STOP. Details are in our SMS & email policy.
• Withdraw photo/video permission at any time; see our photo & video policy.
• Ask us to delete your records. We may keep limited information where needed for safety, legal or accounting reasons.

Retention & security

We keep records while an athlete is active and for a reasonable period afterward so returning athletes can pick up where they left off. Access is password-protected and connections are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us immediately if you believe your information has been misused.
